We welcome on-site factory audits and customer visits, which include on-site production process briefings, enterprise qualification documentation presentation, as well as technical scheme and engineering drawing interpretation of similar successful cases via projection display. We also provide workpiece sending, sampling and trial cleaning services with complimentary trial cleaning support. The full-process inspection of the complete cleaning process will be finished within 7 to 10 working days. 1.Test Workpiece Submission

Package and seal the workpieces to be cleaned properly before delivery to our company. For workpieces of multiple specifications and batches, please classify and mark them clearly. If the workpieces require protection against scratches and collision damages, ensure adequate packaging to avoid surface defects.

2.Supplementary Cleaning Media

If you adopt designated special cleaning agents or auxiliary additives, please send sufficient quantities of such chemicals together with the samples for process matching testing. The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of all cleaning agents must be provided to our team in advance.

Cleanliness Process Specifications

Kindly provide written notification in advance regarding the required cleanliness grade of workpieces, the type of contaminants including grease, oxide scale, metal chips, polishing wax, as well as the technical requirements of subsequent processes such as assembly, coating and welding. Please also clarify whether your company will adopt professional testing instruments or dyne pens for cleanliness verification.
