Industrial Chillers for Ultrasonic Cleaning Lines

Industrial chillers sized for ultrasonic cleaning tanks. They exist because a cleaning bath heats itself: ultrasonic energy converts to heat, immersion heaters add more, and over a shift the bath temperature climbs.
That drift matters because detergents are formulated for a working range. Above it, cleaning performance changes, some chemistries break down, and cavitation behaviour shifts with temperature. In practice this shows up as parts cleaned in the afternoon not matching parts cleaned in the morning — a problem usually blamed on the chemistry or the operator rather than on temperature.
A chiller holds the bath where the process was designed to run. Sizing depends on tank volume, ultrasonic power and how many hours a day the machine actually runs; an oversized unit cycles inefficiently and an undersized one never catches up, so the running hours figure is worth getting right.
