Eight delivered systems for optics and display components — glass lenses, lens modules, camera fixtures, phone middle frames, display accessories and electronic sensors.
Two problems dominate this work. The first is that these surfaces are easily marked: coatings, polished glass and thin films will not tolerate the cavitation intensity that suits a steel casting, so frequency and power are set low and verified on samples. The second is liquid that will not leave — assembled modules and framed parts hold rinse water in blind gaps, and it reappears later as a stain or a fogged surface. Several of these builds use vacuum drying for exactly that reason.
Delivered work includes horizontal through-type lines where lenses travel flat through wash, rinse and dry zones to avoid the edge contact that basket handling causes, spray pre-cleaning for CNC-machined middle frames, and seven-tank vacuum systems for screen accessories.
