Bench Standard Machine

Benchtop machines cover the work that does not justify a production line: prototype and small-batch parts, laboratory samples, service and repair work, and the small high-value items a workshop handles daily.
The range runs from mechanical models with a knob timer and heater — nothing to configure, any operator can run them — through digital units where time, temperature and power are set numerically and repeat exactly, up to dual-frequency machines and a three-frequency series whose product page lists 40, 80 and 120 kHz on the same tank. The black titanium series lists a stainless steel tank and shell, with degassing and full/half-wave functions.
Frequency is the choice that decides most outcomes here. Lower frequency releases heavier soils and machining oil; higher frequency is gentler and reaches finer detail without marking plated or optical surfaces. If your parts span both extremes, a dual- or three-frequency tank avoids buying two machines. Tank volumes run from a few litres on a bench to floor-standing units.
