Digital Power Adjustment Series

These benchtop machines add a power knob to the digital timer and thermostat: according to the operating manual, turning it slowly adjusts the ultrasonic output between 40% and 100% of rated power. That lets one tank run full power for heavy oil and polishing paste and reduced power for plated, thin-walled or finished surfaces — the right setting for each part family still has to be found in trials and recorded with the time and temperature. The series covers 3 L (JPS-20AL) to 30 L (JPS-100AL), with a 0–30 min digital timer, 20–80 °C thermostat, stainless steel tank and shell, drain ball valve from 6 L and cooling fans from 10 L.
