Two delivered systems for aerospace work: ultrasonic cleaning with rotary centrifugal drying for aircraft wheel assemblies, and multi-stage cleaning and drying for infrared lens assemblies.
These sit at opposite ends of the same problem. Wheel assemblies are large, heavy and rotationally symmetric — centrifugal drying works precisely because the part can be spun, and the tooling has to hold that mass safely. Infrared lens assemblies are the reverse: small, coated, and intolerant of both residue and mechanical contact, so cleaning is gentle, staged, and verified on samples before any production run.
What both share is that the fixture matters as much as the tank. Tooling for these builds is designed around the specific component’s geometry, mass and handling constraints, not adapted from a standard basket. If you have a drawing and a cleanliness requirement, those two documents are what a quotation should be built from.
