Auxiliary Equipment: Chillers, RO Water & Wastewater

Two things quietly decide whether a cleaning line holds its results: bath temperature and rinse water quality. Both drift, and both are handled here.
Ultrasonic energy and immersion heaters continuously add heat to the bath. Past a point, the detergent stops working the way it was formulated to and cavitation behaviour changes. An industrial chiller sized to the tank volume and the actual daily running hours holds the bath in the range the chemistry was designed for, instead of letting it climb through the shift.
On the rinse side, ordinary tap water leaves mineral spots and residue once the part dries — which shows up exactly on the precision parts that were the reason for cleaning in the first place. Reverse osmosis and EDI units produce low-conductivity water for the final rinse stage, sized to how much water the line actually draws rather than to a nominal figure.
Both are specified from the line, not chosen from a catalogue: tank volume, cycle time and rinse consumption decide the size.
