Wastewater Treatment Equipment for Cleaning Lines

Every cleaning line produces rinse water that has to go somewhere, and in most plants that is the part of the project nobody costed. Jietai builds this side as well, so the cleaning line and the water loop are designed together.
The range covers reverse osmosis membrane units that recover usable water from effluent, EDI ultrapure water systems that also supply the final rinse, and treatment plants sized up to forty tonnes per day. Typical streams are electroplating effluent, chemical and machining wastewater, spent cutting fluid, and heavy-metal-bearing water that cannot go to drain as it is.
Treated water goes back into the rinse stages. That does two things at once: it cuts the volume you discharge and the volume you buy. Sizing depends on the actual daily discharge from the cleaning line and the discharge standard you have to meet locally, so the specification starts from those two figures. Systems can be built in stages if the line is expanding.
