Seven delivered lines for automotive production. The parts are heavy, the soils are heavy, and the cycle time is fixed by the assembly line rather than by the cleaning process — that combination drives every design decision here.
Delivered systems include hoist-lifting tanks that move heavy castings and loaded baskets without manual handling, mesh conveyor lines combining spray washing with air-knife drying at line speed, tunnel drying ovens, and a dedicated machine for hydraulic cylinder barrels where bore-directed flushing clears honing residue from deep internal surfaces.
Typical workpieces are engine components, bearings, valve bodies, fuel injectors, stamped chassis parts and EV powertrain accessories. Where the soil is heavy oil and carbon rather than light machining residue, hydrocarbon cleaning with solvent recovery is often the better answer than water-based systems — it cuts detergent consumption and the volume of hazardous waste the plant has to handle.
