Ultrasonic Immersible Transducer Plate

An immersible plate turns a tank you already own into an ultrasonic cleaning tank. The plate is a sealed stainless enclosure holding the transducers, dropped into the tank and connected to a generator outside it.
This is usually far cheaper than replacing a machine, and it works in situations a standard tank cannot cover: existing process vessels, tanks built into a line, tanks larger than any catalogue machine, and installations where the tank itself cannot be moved. Plates can be mounted on the side, on the bottom, or on several faces at once when the parts are large or the geometry blocks sound from one direction.
Full sealing is what makes continuous immersion possible. Sizing depends on tank volume and the soil being removed — send both, plus the tank material, and we can calculate the plate area and generator power needed rather than guessing from tank litres alone.
