Ultrasonic Generator

A generator drives the transducers. If you are converting an existing tank, building a machine, or replacing a failed unit, this is the part that determines whether the system works properly.
The specification that matters most is matching. A generator has to be tuned to the impedance of the transducer plate it drives; a mismatched pair loses output, runs hot and can drift out of tune, which shows up as inconsistent cleaning rather than as an obvious fault. Frequency and power are selected from the tank volume and the type of soil, not from a general rule.
Generators are supplied both for new builds and for retrofits, and for OEM machine builders integrating ultrasonics into their own equipment. If you are specifying one for an existing tank, the tank dimensions and material are what we need to calculate the power the volume actually requires.
