Precision Hardware Industry

Eleven delivered systems for precision hardware, covering stamped parts, fasteners, springs, moulds and hydraulic components. The soils here are predictable — drawing oil, punching oil, polishing compound, metal fines — but the surfaces are not forgiving.
The constraint that shapes these designs is surface finish. Precision hardware is usually cleaned after the finish is achieved, so cleaning must not undo it. That decides frequency, power and chemistry, and it is why several of these builds use hydrocarbon or vapour-phase cleaning rather than water: parts come out dry, with no water spotting and no flash rust on freshly machined steel.
Delivered configurations range from three-tank manual stations for job shops with varied batches, through fully automatic three-tank lines, to six-tank hydrocarbon systems with solvent recovery for heavy oils. Tunnel dryers and vapour-phase machines cover parts that must leave the line completely dry.
