Medical Device Industry

Five delivered systems for medical device manufacturers. What separates this work from general industrial cleaning is not the machine, it is that the result has to be consistent and demonstrable rather than simply visible.
Delivered configurations include conveyor through-type lines that take instruments through wash, rinse and dry zones in a single pass at a rate matched to device production, single-tank lifting machines where programmed lift cycles produce the same agitation and drain every time without an operator present, manual stations with oscillating agitation and dust-proof extraction for contained workshops, and electrolytic machines for stripping resin and release agent from device moulds.
Repeatability is the design target throughout: fixed cycles, recorded parameters, controlled drying. Where cleaning feeds a validated process, the machine has to produce the same conditions every run — which is why programmed transfer is preferred over manual handling on these builds.
