JTM-6000TGS conveyor mesh through-type cleaning and drying system for medical devices adopts a 7-section tunnel structure, integrating high-pressure spray rinsing, air knife dehydration and circulating hot air drying. The temperature can be precisely adjusted within 60℃ to 100℃. Omni-directional spray thoroughly removes biological contaminants, processing grease and dust residues on medical devices. Multi-stage air knives together with sectional hot air drying rapidly eliminate moisture on workpiece surfaces and gaps to prevent watermarks and bacterial growth. With overall dimensions of 8M2.2M2M, total power of 120KW and net weight of 5000kg, the continuous mesh conveyor realizes automatic mass production cleaning. The whole machine is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel in compliance with medical hygiene standards, widely used for pre-cleaning of surgical instruments, medical consumables and precision medical hardware, providing reliable cleanliness for subsequent sterilization procedures.
