Mechanical Series

The mechanical series uses a knob timer (0–30 min) and a knob thermostat (20–80 °C) on a stainless steel tank and shell, from 1.3 L (JPS-08) to 30 L (JPS-100). The operating manual for these models lists 40 kHz ultrasonic frequency and describes the routine: fill the tank first, set the time, add heat only when the job needs it (20–60 °C is the range the manual recommends), and switch the ultrasound off before the heater and mains. Models from 6 L have a drain ball valve and models from 10 L have cooling fans. Choose the tank by your largest part and basket, not by the part's own size — see the inner tank dimensions in the table.
