These are the parts that let you build, extend or maintain a cleaning system rather than replace one. Immersible transducer plates drop into an existing process tank and turn it into an ultrasonic tank — side, bottom or multi-face mounting, fully sealed for continuous immersion. Vibrating rods do the same job in narrow or deep tanks where a flat plate will not fit.
Ultrasonic generators drive those plates or your own tank; frequency and power are matched to the plate so the pair stays in tune and does not lose output. Filter cotton cartridges keep swarf, oil and polishing compound out of circulation, which is the single cheapest way to extend the life of a cleaning bath. Cleaning tablets give a fixed concentration without measuring liquid concentrate every shift.
Retrofitting an existing tank is usually far cheaper than replacing the machine. Send the tank dimensions and material and we can work out the plate area and generator power the volume actually needs.
