1 Tank ultrasonic cleaning equipment

A single industrial tank with inline filtration is the first real step up from benchtop cleaning. The tank is sized to production baskets rather than to individual parts, and a circulation loop pulls oil and particles out of the bath while the cycle is running.
That filtration loop is the point. Without it, everything removed from the parts stays in the bath, the solution’s working life is measured in days rather than weeks, and the last basket of the shift is cleaned in dirtier liquid than the first. With it, the bath stays usable far longer and results hold steady across the day.
Single-tank machines suit operations where parts still leave for a separate rinse or dry step, or where cleaning is one station among several rather than a continuous line. When parts must come out rinsed and dry in one pass, look at two-tank and larger configurations.
