Single-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Series

JTS series single-tank ultrasonic cleaning machines include a full range of standard models with inner tank capacity ranging from 45L to 1500L. The inner tank is integrally welded of 2.0mm-thick SUS304 stainless steel to guarantee corrosion resistance and structural stability. Each model is equipped with optional 28kHz or 40kHz ultrasonic frequency and multiple high-performance transducers, supporting stepless adjustable ultrasonic power from 0 to rated value. Stable ultrasonic cavitation efficiently removes grease, polishing residues, micro-particles and oxide contaminants from precision hardware, 3C parts, optical components, medical devices and laboratory samples. The machines feature 1–99 minutes timing function and temperature control from ambient temperature to 95℃, with graded heating power matched to different tank sizes. Small models adopt single-phase 220V power supply while large industrial versions support three-phase 380V input. Optional accessories such as circulating filtration system, lifting baskets and dust-proof exhaust hoods are available for flexible customization.
