Ultrasonic Cleaning & Rotary Centrifugal Drying System for Aircraft Wheels

JTM-40320AD is a fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning & rotary centrifugal drying system specially engineered for aircraft wheel maintenance. Configured with four independent cleaning tanks and adopting 28kHz low-frequency ultrasonic technology, the unit generates intensive cavitation effect to thoroughly remove brake dust, heavy grease, carbon residues and surface contaminants from aircraft wheels without damaging component substrates. Equipped with a constant temperature heating system adjustable from ambient temperature up to 80℃, the equipment supports matched aviation-specific water-based cleaning fluids to achieve standardized high-level cleaning performance. With a total installed power of 50KW, the system delivers stable ultrasonic output and automated process circulation to complete cleaning, rinsing and rotary centrifugal drying in one closed workflow, effectively preventing secondary recontamination. Measuring 7.5M×2.3M×2.5M with a net weight of 5000kg, the whole machine adopts robust anti-corrosion sealed structure, featuring reliable continuous operation and high automation, which fully satisfies strict cleanliness requirements in aircraft wheel overhaul, aerospace component repair and remanufacturing industries.
