3-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

This three-tank ultrasonic cleaning unit is tailor-made for mass small hardware and electronic miniature parts. Equipped with a rotary drum structure, it realizes batch tumble cleaning, multi-stage rinsing and hot air drying in one compact unit, perfectly solving the loading and cleaning difficulties of tiny loose workpieces such as springs, screws, connectors and stamping terminals.

Configured with standard 40kHz high-frequency ultrasonic cavitation, the equipment delivers mild yet thorough cleaning force to strip cutting fluid, lubricating grease, polishing dust and surface fingerprints without scratching, collision damage or deformation to delicate small components. The temperature system supports stepless adjustment from ambient temperature up to 80℃, which optimizes the dissolving efficiency of water-based cleaning agents to achieve consistent cleaning results in batch production.

The integrated 3-tank layout covers the full workflow of ultrasonic immersion cleaning, circulating water rinsing and thermal drying. Workpieces are continuously tumbled inside the rotary drum to ensure every corner gets fully cleaned, avoiding cleaning dead zones. With compact overall dimensions of 3.5m×1m×1.5m, total installed power of 15kW and a lightweight stable frame weighing 300kg, the machine occupies little workshop space and supports flexible placement for small-batch and medium-batch automated cleaning tasks.
