The JTM-110128AD fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and drying system is tailor-made for precision cleaning of infrared lens glass components. Featuring an 11-tank modular process layout, the equipment supports adjustable ultrasonic frequency ranging from 40kHz to 80kHz, which can be flexibly switched according to lens material, surface coating and contamination types. Benefiting from controllable ultrasonic cavitation intensity, it efficiently removes dust, fingerprint residues, polishing slurry, organic solvents and surface particulate impurities without scratching or damaging the precision optical surfaces and functional coatings of infrared lenses.
Equipped with a constant-temperature heating system adjustable from ambient temperature up to 80℃, the machine is compatible with various high-purity optical cleaning solvents to guarantee ultra-high surface cleanliness. With a total power of 60KW, the unit delivers stable power output to support continuous automated production including ultrasonic precision cleaning, multi-stage circulating rinsing, slow pull-out and sealed drying, effectively avoiding secondary contamination caused by manual handling.
