Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine with Electric Hoist Lifting

The JTM-40480FD semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine equipped with an electric hoist lifting system is specially developed for heavy-duty mold cleaning applications. Featuring a four-tank process layout and adopting 28kHz low-frequency ultrasonic technology, the equipment generates powerful cavitation effects to thoroughly strip stubborn pollutants such as mold release agents, carbon deposits, grease, plastic residues and rust from large, heavy injection molds, die-casting molds and stamping molds without damaging mold surfaces, precision cavities and tiny slits.

Designed with a wide temperature control range from 0℃ to 80℃, the unit can match various alkaline, acidic and water-based industrial cleaning agents to satisfy diversified heavy-duty cleaning demands. Supported by a total power of 90KW, the machine ensures stable ultrasonic energy output and reliable heating performance for continuous high-load operation. Equipped with an integrated electric hoist lifting mechanism, it realizes safe automatic hoisting, transferring and submerging of bulky heavy molds, greatly lowering labor intensity and avoiding safety risks during workpiece handling.
