JTM-8000TGS is an 8-station horizontal roller conveyor through-type cleaning line professionally developed for glass lens precision cleaning. Integrating high-pressure spray rinsing, rotary brush scrubbing, air knife blow drying and thermal heating drying processes, this all-in-one production line achieves full-continuous inline cleaning without manual intervention. It supports adjustable temperature control from ambient temperature up to 80℃, effectively removing lens surface dust, grinding powder, polishing residues, fingerprints and oily contaminants while protecting glass lens surfaces from scratches and damages. With a total power of 80KW, the equipment delivers stable drying temperature and uniform cleaning pressure to ensure ultra-high and consistent surface cleanliness.
