It efficiently removes polishing powder, release agent, fingerprint grease, micro-particles and other contaminants on lens surfaces, avoiding cross-contamination, watermark residue and lens scratch to meet ultra-high cleanliness pretreatment requirements before optical coating and assembly.
Equipped with dual-frequency ultrasonic system of 40KHz-68KHz, the machine adapts to optical lenses with diverse materials and curvatures with stable and uniform cavitation effect. The intelligent constant temperature control system supports a maximum cleaning temperature of 60℃ for precise temperature regulation and consistent cleaning performance. With overall dimension of 5M1.3M1.8M, total rated power of 60KW and net weight of 1500kg, the equipment features robust mechanical structure. Manual operation mode supports flexible small & medium-batch production, widely applied in cleaning procedures of vehicle-mounted lenses, security optical lenses, consumer camera lenses and other precision optical components.
