Fully Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

JTM-110210AD 11-tank fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is developed for precision cleaning processes of infrared cameras and optical lenses. Equipped with a dual-frequency ultrasonic system ranging from 40KHz to 80KHz, it integrates ultrasonic cleaning, slow lifting dehydration and hot air drying. The adjustable maximum temperature ranges from 60℃ to 100℃, which can be set flexibly according to lens materials and contaminants to effectively remove polishing dust, release agents, fingerprint grease and pre-coating impurities, avoiding watermarks, workpiece scratches and cross-contamination. With an 11-station tank layout, overall dimensions of 10M1.8M2.6M, total power of 120KW and net weight of 5000kg, the equipment operates automatically in closed-loop mode with stable performance. It supports mass automatic precision cleaning for infrared optical components, vehicle-mounted lenses and security camera lenses, ensuring ultra-high cleanliness for subsequent coating and assembly processes.
