JTM-60216AD 6-tank fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning line is customized for the precision processing industry of mobile phone camera fixtures. Adopting a 6-station tank structure, it integrates ultrasonic cleaning, hot air drying and vacuum drying processes. Equipped with industrial standard 40kHz ultrasonic frequency, the device thoroughly removes cutting fluid, grinding debris, release grease and dust contaminants via stable and uniform ultrasonic cavitation. The dual drying process effectively prevents watermark residue and oxidation corrosion inside blind holes and gaps of workpieces. With a maximum cleaning temperature of 60℃, precise constant temperature control guarantees consistent cleaning results in mass production.
