Model JTM-4036DJ 4-tank mold electrolytic ultrasonic cleaning and drying machine adopts 40kHz industrial ultrasonic frequency, integrating electrolytic ultrasonic cleaning, manual air blowing, anti-rust soaking and hot air drying processes. Combining electrolytic stripping with ultrasonic cavitation, the equipment efficiently removes carbon deposits, grease, plastic residues, ablation layers and rust contaminants on mold surfaces. The independent anti-rust tank performs passivation protection for workpieces to effectively prevent re-rusting after cleaning. With a maximum operating temperature of 60℃, the constant temperature control system ensures stable and controllable cleaning process. Featuring overall dimensions of 2.7M1M0.9M, total power of 30KW and net weight of 600kg, the compact equipment is suitable for regular maintenance cleaning of injection molds, die-casting molds and precision hardware molds.
