Boiling Tank

JTS-1000ZF single-tank lifting boiling tank is mainly used for high-temperature soaking cleaning of workpieces in the medical device industry. Equipped with an automatic lifting basket mechanism, it can reach a maximum working temperature of 90℃. By means of circulating high-temperature hot water soaking, it effectively removes biological contaminants, residual detergents, grease and attachments on surgical instruments and medical hardware parts. The lifting system realizes automatic loading and unloading, reducing labor intensity and avoiding high-temperature scalding and secondary cross-contamination. With overall dimensions of 1M0.8M1M, total power of 9KW and net weight of 300kg, the machine adopts integrally formed corrosion-resistant stainless steel with excellent heat preservation and stable precise temperature control. It is applicable to pre-cleaning, degreasing and boiling disinfection pretreatment of medical appliances, complying with relevant medical cleaning standards and providing a clean foundation for subsequent precision cleaning and sterilization.
