Single Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning + Filtration System

This series of single-tank ultrasonic cleaning machines equipped with filtration system features 2.0mm-thick SUS304 stainless steel inner tanks with capacities ranging from 45L to 1500L. Optional ultrasonic frequencies of 28kHz and 40kHz together with multiple high-performance transducers enable stepless adjustable ultrasonic power. Equipped with 1–99 minutes timing function and constant temperature heating ranging from ambient temperature to 95℃, the equipment delivers stable ultrasonic cavitation to thoroughly remove cutting grease, polishing dust, oxide layers and fine contaminants from workpiece surfaces. A standard circulating filter pump with 10μm filtration accuracy continuously traps suspended impurities in cleaning liquid, effectively preventing secondary contamination and rework, extending service life of cleaning solvent and guaranteeing consistent cleaning quality in mass production. Small-size models adopt single-phase 220V power supply while large industrial versions support three-phase 380V input. With sturdy construction and easy maintenance, these machines are widely used for degreasing and cleaning in precision hardware, 3C electronics, optical parts, medical devices and mold industries, helping enterprises improve product yield and cut down labor and consumable costs.
