The dual tank ultrasonic cleaning and drying series adopts an integrated two-station structure, with inner tanks precisely welded from 2.0mm-thick SUS304 stainless steel and single-tank capacity ranging from 45L to 1500L. It supports optional ultrasonic frequencies of 28kHz and 40kHz, equipped with multiple high-performance bonded transducers and stepless adjustable ultrasonic power, together with an intelligent 1–99 minutes timing system. The cleaning tank realizes temperature control from ambient temperature to 95℃, and stable ultrasonic cavitation efficiently removes cutting grease, polishing dust, oxide attachments and fine particulate contaminants on precision hardware, 3C electronic parts, optical components, medical devices and molds. The second station is independently equipped with a hot air drying system with maximum temperature up to 150℃, which rapidly evaporates residual moisture on workpiece surfaces and crevices to avoid watermarks, rust regression and secondary contamination. This series features complete graded power specifications; small models adopt single-phase 220V power supply while large industrial models support three-phase 380V power input. The equipment completes ultrasonic cleaning and high-temperature drying in one station layout without extra workpiece transfer, greatly improving production efficiency.
