Double tank cleaning + Filtering + Drying series

JTM dual-tank integrated cleaning, filtering and drying series is industrial-grade professional precision cleaning equipment. Adopting 2.0mm thick SUS304 stainless steel tank, it covers capacities from 45L to 1500L to meet the cleaning requirements of workpieces in different sizes. With optional 28KHz and 40KHz ultrasonic frequencies, array high-energy transducers and stepless adjustable ultrasonic power, the machine supports 1–99 minutes intelligent timing and precise constant temperature heating from ambient temperature to 95℃. It thoroughly removes oil stains, polishing residues, oxide layers and fine dust through powerful ultrasonic cavitation.

Integrated with three core functions including ultrasonic cleaning, 10μm precision circulating filtration and high-temperature hot air drying, the equipment continuously traps suspended impurities in cleaning fluid to avoid secondary pollution and stabilize batch cleaning quality. The independent drying station features a maximum temperature of 150℃, which completely removes residual moisture from workpiece micropores and gaps to prevent watermarks and oxidation. Equipped with complete power configurations, small models adopt 220V single-phase power while industrial models adopt 380V three-phase power. Realizing one-stop cleaning, filtration and drying, the equipment features stable operation and low maintenance, widely applied in high-precision batch cleaning of 3C electronics, precision hardware, optical parts, medical devices and molds.
