JTM quadruple-tank ultrasonic cleaning series integrates filtration, double rinsing and drying processes, serving as industrial four-stage high-precision wet cleaning equipment. Adopting 2.0mm thick SUS304 stainless steel tank, the series covers tank capacities from 45L to 1500L for mass cleaning of various precision workpieces. Equipped with three sets of full-range ultrasonic transducer arrays, it supports optional 28KHz/40KHz frequencies and stepless adjustable ultrasonic power. Collaborated with 1–99 minutes precise timing and wide-range constant temperature heating from ambient temperature to 95℃, the equipment thoroughly removes stubborn contaminants such as grease, oxide layers, polishing residues and fine dust via powerful and uniform ultrasonic cavitation.
It adopts a closed-loop standardized process including ultrasonic circulating filtration cleaning, primary pure water rinsing, secondary fine rinsing and hot air drying. The standard circulating filtration system continuously purifies cleaning liquid to prevent secondary contamination. Dual-stage graded rinsing completely eliminates residual chemicals and micro-impurities in workpiece gaps and blind holes without cleaning residues. The independent drying station provides hot air up to 150℃ to thoroughly remove surface and hidden moisture, avoiding watermarks, oxidation and surface defects.
