Fully Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning System for Mobile Phone Camera Bezels

The JTM-120288AD 12-tank fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning system is developed for mass cleaning of precision electronic components such as mobile phone camera bezels. It supports wide-frequency variable ultrasonic cleaning from 28KHz to 120KHz, equipped with a constant temperature control system ranging from ambient temperature to 100℃ to efficiently remove oil stains, dust, polishing residues and other contaminants on workpiece surfaces. Adopting a 12-tank multi-station fully automatic pipeline process, it completes the whole cleaning procedures including rough cleaning, fine cleaning and rinsing with unmanned operation, avoiding secondary pollution and ensuring high precision and consistent cleaning quality for batch workpieces.
