Ultrasonic Vibration Plate

JTP series immersed ultrasonic vibration plates are integrally welded from high-quality stainless steel, equipped with 8 to 48 high-precision piezoelectric ceramic transducers, compatible with two mainstream industrial ultrasonic frequencies of 28KHz and 40KHz, and designed for 220-240V wide voltage input with a built-in 0~99 minutes timing function. With a standard overall dimension of 157×180mm, the vibration plate features flexible installation and can be directly immersed into cleaning tanks. It can form a complete cleaning system when matched with an ultrasonic generator. Featuring stable vibration frequency, uniform cavitation intensity and excellent waterproof & anti-corrosion performance, this product is widely applied in tank retrofitting and non-standard cleaning equipment for hardware degreasing, electroplating pretreatment, electronic components, optical parts, medical devices and other fields. It efficiently removes grease, dust, polishing wax, oxides and other contaminants from workpiece surfaces, serving as an essential supporting component for the upgrading of industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems.
