1 Ton Two-stage Reverse Osmosis + EDI Ultrapure Water System

Model JTC-1TRO/EDI is a 1-ton two-stage reverse osmosis plus EDI ultrapure water system equipped with DI deionization and EDI continuous electrodeionization processes. With overall dimensions of 2.5m×1.5m×2m, total power of 15KW and net weight of 1500kg, the equipment can operate stably under ambient temperature. It adopts two-stage reverse osmosis for advanced pretreatment to remove suspended solids, heavy metals, salts, colloids and other impurities in raw water, followed by deep desalination via the EDI module to stably produce high-purity ultrapure water without frequent resin regeneration, featuring stable effluent quality and convenient operation & maintenance. Widely matched with ultrasonic precision cleaning, semiconductor wafer cleaning, optical component processing, electroplating, laboratory and other scenarios with strict water quality requirements, it effectively prevents secondary contamination of workpieces caused by ionic impurities in water, ensures cleanliness of precision cleaning processes and improves product yield, serving as standard water treatment supporting equipment for high-end precision cleaning production lines.
