JTM-60384AD-1 is a high-power fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and drying system specially optimized for the auto parts cleaning industry. Adopting a 6-tank integrated process configuration and equipped with 40kHz industrial ultrasonic frequency, the equipment generates uniform cavitation energy to thoroughly remove cutting oil, stamping grease, carbon deposits, metal dust and residual contaminants from various automotive precision components. Featuring precise temperature control ranging from ambient temperature to 60℃, it adapts to low-temperature cleaning requirements for automotive materials while ensuring efficient and non-damaging cleaning results.
