JTM-40288AD is a professional fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine dedicated to hydraulic barrel cleaning applications. Adopting a 4-tank integrated process design, it combines fixed-point high-pressure spraying, 28kHz low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning and hot air drying into one complete production line. The low-frequency ultrasonic cavitation power effectively strips stubborn hydraulic oil, grease, dirt and internal residual impurities on the inner and outer walls of hydraulic barrels without scratching the workpiece surface. Supporting a constant temperature working environment up to 60℃, the equipment optimizes detergent activity to achieve thorough and uniform cleaning results. With a rated total power of 60KW, the system delivers stable and continuous operating performance, realizing automatic circulation cleaning, targeted spraying treatment and one-time drying.
