The JTM-50108FD manual ultrasonic cleaning equipment is specially designed for the plastics industry, adopting a 5-tank integrated process layout that integrates ultrasonic cleaning, circulating rinsing and hot air drying procedures. It supports switchable ultrasonic frequencies ranging from 28kHz to 40kHz, enabling flexible matching with different plastic material properties to efficiently remove mold release agents, plastic residues, oil stains, surface dust and injection molding contaminants without causing surface abrasion, deformation or damage to plastic workpieces.

The built-in constant temperature heating system features a maximum working temperature of 60℃, which can fully activate water-based environmental cleaning agents to deliver stable and reliable cleaning results. With a total power of 50KW, the equipment guarantees continuous and balanced ultrasonic output, heating and drying performance to secure consistent surface cleanliness of batches of plastic parts. Boasting overall dimensions of 5M×1.2M×1.2M and a net weight of 1200kg, the unit is constructed with corrosion-resistant stainless steel tank and sturdy frame structure.
