Mesh Conveyor Spray & Air Knife Integrated Cleaning Line

Model JTM-200TGS is a through-type mesh conveyor spray & air knife integrated cleaning line engineered for continuous mass cleaning of industrial workpieces. Equipped with dual independent cleaning tanks and a 50kHz ultrasonic cleaning module, the system combines high-pressure circulating spray washing with ultrasonic cavitation decontamination to rapidly strip surface grease, cutting fluid, dust and particulate contaminants from batch components. The built-in constant temperature heating system supports a maximum working temperature of 70℃, which optimizes the activity of water-based cleaning agents to deliver consistent high cleaning efficiency.

With a total installed power of 22KW, the conveyor cleaning line achieves continuous automatic feeding, spray cleaning, ultrasonic fine washing and air knife blow-drying in a single streamlined workflow, effectively eliminating residual cleaning liquid and preventing secondary surface contamination. Featuring a compact overall dimension of 2.8M×1.8M×0.9M and a net weight of 800kg, the unit adopts a stable mesh conveyor transmission structure and anti-corrosion stainless steel sealed tank body, which ensures long-term stable continuous operation.
