JTM-50108FD 5-tank manual ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with oscillation agitation and dust-proof exhaust hood. Adopting industrial standard 40KHz ultrasonic frequency, it integrates ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, air knife drying and hot air drying processes. The built-in oscillation agitation structure enhances the disturbance of cleaning fluid to efficiently remove dust, cutting oil, polishing residues and fine particulate contaminants from workpiece surfaces. The enclosed dust-proof exhaust hood prevents the leakage of volatile mist and dust during operation to improve the workshop working environment. With a maximum working temperature of 60℃ and constant temperature control system, the equipment ensures stable cleaning quality for batch production.
