Single-Tank Lifting Fully Automatic Cleaning Machine

JTM-1036AD single-tank lifting fully automatic cleaning machine is specially developed for the medical device industry. It integrates ultrasonic cleaning, spray rinsing, hot air drying and automatic lifting conveying system. Adopting 28kHz low-frequency ultrasonic technology, its mild cavitation effect can efficiently remove blood stains, biological contaminants, residual disinfectant, processing grease and debris on medical devices without damaging precision minimally invasive parts. The maximum cleaning temperature reaches 60℃ with closed-loop constant temperature control to meet standardized cleaning requirements for medical appliances. With overall dimensions of 2.5M1.5M2.2M, total power of 30KW and net weight of 800kg, the automatic lifting structure realizes full-automatic workpiece transfer and avoids secondary pollution caused by manual operation.
