JTM-702400 7-tank ultrasonic vacuum cleaning equipment for screen accessories is applied to the precision cleaning process of photolithography fixture accessories in the optics and electronics industry. Equipped with a dual-frequency ultrasonic system of 40KHz-80KHz, it adopts a special cleaning process for photolithography fixture accessories matched with a vacuum drying system. Its temperature control ranges from ambient temperature to 80℃, which can be flexibly adjusted according to workpiece materials and stain types. Stable ultrasonic cavitation efficiently removes photoresist residues, processing grease, micro-particle impurities and grinding debris. The vacuum drying technology thoroughly eliminates watermark residues in micropores and gaps of workpieces to avoid defects such as water stains, oxidation and secondary pollution. With a 7-station integrated tank layout, overall dimensions of 7.8M4.4M5.4M, total power of 280KW and net weight of 10000kg, the equipment operates stably via automatic gantry handling.
