3-Tank Fully Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment

Designed for the precision hardware industry, this three-tank fully automatic surface treatment equipment adopts intelligent rotary lifting handling technology to complete continuous pickling, surface activation and passivation processes for precision metal workpieces in one integrated line. It effectively removes surface oxide layers, rust, heat treatment scale and residual machining contaminants, while forming a dense protective passivation film on workpiece surfaces to greatly enhance corrosion resistance and extend the service life of precision hardware components.

The equipment supports stepless temperature regulation from ambient temperature up to 60℃, which can precisely match the optimal reaction temperature of various pickling and passivation agents, avoiding over-corrosion, surface discoloration or dimensional deviation of high-precision parts. The rotary clamping structure ensures uniform solution contact on all workpiece surfaces, eliminating dead-angle treatment defects and delivering consistent surface treatment effects for batch production.

With overall dimensions of 3m × 2m × 2.4m, a total installed power of 30kW and a robust frame weighing 1500kg, the unit runs stably for long-cycle mass processing. Full automatic cyclic feeding, dipping and transfer drastically cuts manual operation risks, reduces chemical reagent waste, and ensures stable product qualification rates.
