This JTM-500AD mesh chain tunnel drying oven is specially matched as post-cleaning supporting equipment for industrial ultrasonic cleaning lines in the hardware industry. It adopts continuous mesh chain conveying design combined with infrared heating and forced hot air circulation technology, realizing uninterrupted online dehydration and drying for bulk hardware workpieces after ultrasonic washing, effectively eliminating surface moisture, cleaning agent residues and watermarks to prevent hardware parts from rusting and surface discoloration.
The temperature control range spans from ambient temperature up to 150℃ with stepless adjustable constant-temperature operation, which can meet diversified drying demands for different hardware materials and process requirements. Uniform circulating hot air inside the tunnel ensures consistent heating on all workpiece surfaces, avoiding local overheating, incomplete drying or workpiece deformation.
With an overall dimension of 5.5m×1.5m×1.5m and total installed power of 24kW, the continuous mesh chain conveying structure enables automatic feeding and discharging without manual operation, greatly improving batch production efficiency. The whole machine features a sturdy compact frame with a net weight of 1200kg, ensuring stable long-time continuous operation on automated cleaning production lines.
