JTW-4096AD 4-tank fully automatic explosion-proof ultrasonic cleaning system adopts industrial standard 40KHz ultrasonic frequency, integrating ultrasonic cleaning and IPA dehydration processes with a maximum working temperature of 60℃. Equipped with full set of explosion-proof electrical components, it is applicable to cleaning scenarios using flammable organic solvents such as acetone and isopropyl alcohol. Stable ultrasonic cavitation efficiently removes grease, micro-particles and organic residues on precision workpieces, while IPA solvent displacement dehydration avoids watermark residue inside blind holes and slits to prevent oxidation and surface defects. Featuring automatic 4-station gantry transmission, the machine has overall dimensions of 4.5M1.6M2.5M, total power of 40KW and net weight of 2000kg.
