Dual Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning+ Filtration + Rinsing Series

JTM dual-tank ultrasonic cleaning, filtering and rinsing integrated machine is an industrial high-precision dual-station cleaning equipment. Adopting 2.0mm thick SUS304 stainless steel tank, the series covers tank capacity from 45L to 1500L, meeting mass production cleaning demands of various precision workpieces. Both tanks are equipped with independent transducer groups and stepless adjustable ultrasonic power, with optional 28KHz/40KHz industrial frequency. Supported by 1–99 minutes timing control and constant temperature heating from ambient temperature to 95℃, the dual-tank ultrasonic cavitation efficiently removes grease, polishing residues, oxide contaminants and fine particles. The equipment integrates ultrasonic cleaning, 10μm precision circulating filtration, pure water rinsing and high-temperature drying in one unit. The filtration system continuously purifies cleaning fluid to prevent secondary contamination, while the independent rinsing station thoroughly eliminates residual chemicals and dirt. The max 150℃ hot air drying completely removes hidden moisture to avoid watermarks and oxidation. With complete size and power specifications compatible with 220V/380V power supply, the machine features smooth process connection and unmanned workpiece transfer, greatly improving cleaning consistency and production efficiency. It is widely used for high-cleanliness cleaning of precision hardware, 3C components, optical parts, medical devices and precision molds.
