JTM-30960FD 30-tank manual processing line is specially designed for electropolishing, passivation and precision cleaning of semiconductor valve bodies. Equipped with 40kHz–80kHz dual-frequency ultrasonic system, the equipment supports adjustable temperature ranging from ambient temperature to 100℃ to meet various electrochemical treatment and precision cleaning requirements. It integrates complete processes including electropolishing, passivation and multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning & rinsing, which efficiently removes burrs, oxide layers, grease and micro-particles on stainless steel valve bodies. Electropolishing optimizes surface smoothness, while passivation forms a dense protective film to enhance corrosion resistance. Multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning thoroughly eliminates residual chemicals to prevent later contamination and corrosion risks. With a 30-tank layout, overall dimensions of 19M1.5M2.2M, total power of 250KW and net weight of 10000kg, the machine is constructed with high corrosion-resistant materials, equipped with waste gas collection and waste liquid recycling devices. Adopting manual hoisting operation for flexible process adjustment, it is ideal for surface finishing and cleaning of high-purity fluid valves and precision pipe fittings in semiconductor industry, complying with strict surface treatment and cleanliness standards for ultra-high-purity fluid system components.
